JetPens.com Study Purpose
Users of the JetPens.com website had reported difficulty finding appropriate items within a reasonable amount of effort. The purpose of this study was to get a number of people to test the intuitiveness of finding a specific item, a type of item, and a category of items on the JetPens.com website.

Overall Results
This slide shows that there was a fairly good amount of people who completed the Loop 11 Usability test but that the success conditions put forward were not necessarily met. This leads us to believe that there is data supporting the concern that JetPens.com is not very intuitive.

Screener
To make sure I was getting responses from an appropriate population I used a screener questionnaire to filter out incompatible users. The whole usability test encompassed seven questions with a total of three tasks. Most participants were done with the usability test within ten minutes.

Task 2 Breakdown
Task 2 was to find a 0.03mm pencil for around $15.00. Of the twelve participants, eight met the successful conditions. The following image is the "clickstream" for all 12 participants.

Task 2 Clickstream
Here is an example of the raw data provided by Loop 11. This "clickstream" shows the aggregate path that each participant followed from the beginning of the task to what they felt was the task's completion. In this example, you can see that there are some paths where the participant found the successful condition page, did not realize it, and continued on to a page that was not considered a success condition.
